SAME BLOCK WALL (continued)
The masonry contractor put the materials and labor cost numbers together and found that his cost was reduced one-third of his estimate. Using non-toxic admixture and Kel-Prime allow him to not have to protect plants, soils, wood, metals, etc. One however must protect glass, doors, electrical outlets, etc. The bottom line is that a lot less protection is required.

SAME BLOCK WALL (continued)
Even suction of water from the stucco application provides even color in the stucco application because of the Kel-Prime on block, and the Kel-Crete admixture in the masonry mortar. This process thereby provides a non-toxic, higher psi, increased density, no efflorescence or rebound, eliminates bee holes, and makes it a virtually waterproff wall.

SAME BLOCK WALL (continued)
The masonry contractor said he could not do this because one would be able to read the head joints after the finish coat. I told him that one would not be able to read the head joints because the Kel-Prime would provide EVEN SUCTION OF WATER FROM THE STUCCO.
